PRICE
Spreadsheets detailing the base price of the units are available on each unit's page. If you are interested in any upgrades don't hesitate to contact us. We are always open to custom projects, for which we charge a design fee of $100 per hour. Keep in mind, it may be difficult to receive a traditional home construction loan for a shipping container structure. Site preparation, delivery and setup are not included in the price, as the buyer is responsible for these preparations (see FAQ for additional info).

PERMIT
Most areas will require a permit to build. The permit process differs from state to state and city to city. Therefore, contact your local municipality to determine permit requirements, costs, and process length. If necessary, we can provide typical installation details of the installation process and other necessary documents.
